Australian Customers:

We offer Free Express Shipping with in Australia on orders AUD $300.00 & over.

USA Customers:

We offer Free Standard shipping on all USA orders AUD $500.00 AUD & over.

NZ Customers:

We offer Free standard shipping on all NZ orders AUD $450.00 AUD & over.

Canada Customers: (3 - 5 Business days): 

We offer Free Standard shipping on orders AUD $550.00 AUD & over.

UK Customers (3 - 5 Business days): 

We offer Free Standard shipping to the UK on orders AUD $550.00 AUD & over.

All Other International Customers. Please email us or use our contact us page and send thru the item you are looking at, your size, colour info. And remember to include your full address for shipping we can check and advise you if we can ship to your address.  All other international customers may have a shipping fee applicable to their order at checkout, however free shipping is still offered to many countries in Europe, Asia & Middle East where a minimum spend amount is achieved.



*Provided Delivery times are estimates based on delivery to Metro Areas Only - Applies to all countries.

*Regional Areas may take longer for delivery or may be excluded from a shipping service advertised - Applies to all countries.

*All Parcels include online tracking as compulsory - Applies to all countries.

*Signature on Delivery is required for insured parcels only. If you provide authority for your parcel to be left without signature at the time of delivery, all purchased shipping insurance security on the order will be void by the carrier. This is within their fine print.

*For our Australian customers, your postcode must fall within the Aus Post Express Network for all below 'express/priority' delivery-times to apply to you.

*Priority shipping service will only apply if you are based within a metro/express-connected location (ie. not rural). If at the time of shipment you are found not to be eligible for the Priority shipping service, your shipping method will automatically revert to our Express shipping service & these shipping times will then apply to your order.


Please note, orders are only processed during business hours; Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm AEST. Excluding public holidays that apply to QLD, Australia.



Although we ship our orders via reliable shipping carriers; unforeseen events and accidents may occur that are outside of the control of  Hdd The Label. As such, we are now offering shipping/transit insurance which you can add to your order at the cart page for a fee. Although it is not compulsory to include with your order, if you do experience issues with delivery to your address or want that extra peace of mind, this extra service is highly recommended for you.  

If you choose not to add on transit insurance to your order, HDD will not be liable for any damages/losses that may be caused to your package during transit, whilst in the possession of our shipping partners. As such, by placing an order on our online store, you understand that if transit/shipping insurance is not purchased with your order, liability of the package rests on the customer.

Additionally, if you provide authority for your parcel to be left without signature at the time of delivery, all purchased shipping insurance security on the order will be void. 



Duties & Taxes may be collected at checkout and paid on your behalf to allow successful import clearance/ delivery of your purchase. These Import Duties & Taxes are unavoidable and are enforced by your country’s border protection laws.

USA customers have a high import threshold of $800 USD before taxes & duties are applicable to the order. Please kindly note that if your order exceeds this amount, taxes and duties will be payable at the time of import into your country.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Important: In the event you choose to reject your parcel due to Duties & Taxes imposed on your parcel, you will still be charged all related shipping costs, as well as run the risk of paying all Duties & Taxes. Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided or waived and must be paid regardless of acceptance or rejection of your parcel (In the event Customs officials in your country enforce the payment of these Duties & Taxes, regardless if successfully delivered to you or not).

If a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process, Hdd The Label reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.

All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. HDD  The Label will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.

HDD The Label is not held liable for unforeseen delays made by Customs Officials/ Shipping Carrier/ natural disasters in the course of shipment.

High volume/Qty orders are subject to additional shipping fees at the discretion & request of HDD The Label. This also includes orders where a re-ship occurs due to a new order being placed with the use of an issued store credit where the paid shipping fees are not reasonably sufficient to cover actual re-shipment costs.

If your order consists of a Pre-Order/Made-to-Order Item with an item that is in stock, they will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item has completed production and is ready for shipment. If you wish for the item which is in stock to be shipped sooner, please be in touch with our customer care team.

It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame (set by the postal system of your country) may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.

HDD The Label reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’, or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
