CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Note: cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative. 

 

PAYPAL

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

 

SHOP NOW PAY LATER

Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. Allows you to pay when it suits you best. This payment option is only available on order to Australia, USA, UK and New Zealand.

 

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates.

ORDER VERFICATION

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

 

CURRENCY

HDD THE LABEL will process your payment in AUD (Australian Dollars). In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

The bank/financial institution linked to your payment method (for example, credit card, PayPal etc) will process the conversion (in your country's currency) for you in the background and will appear in your statement. This is all automatic; all you need to simply do is hit the 'Pay Now' button.

All prices displayed on this website will automatically display the domestic currency of the visitors country/region. The currency shown is based by detection of the visitors IP address. Alternatively, you can manually 'select a currency' by clicking the country flag displayed at the top of the website. A drop-down menu will appear which you can scroll down to view a list of the many currency options available to you.

For example, the $USD 230.00 which you see in your product page & your cart page is equivalent to the $AUD 299.00 which you see in your checkout page. This does not mean you are paying more, but simply making payment in AUD, and not in USD.

Please noted that the checkout price might increase/decrease from the price shown in the product page. This is mainly caused by your checkout converting the price to AUD (Australian Dollars) from your foreign currency displayed. For our international customers, the price you see at the product & cart page/s are displayed in your currency (which has a different conversion rate than AUD - ultimately you will be paying the same price).
